Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of all mobile applications developed and published by Aitegin Bek ("we," "our," or "us") available on the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our applications, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our applications.

2. License to Use

2.1 Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our applications on your compatible iOS devices for personal, non-commercial use.

2.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our applications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the applications
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the applications for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the applications
• Use the applications in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our applications responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Use the applications for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the applications
• Interfere with or disrupt the applications or servers
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Violate any third-party rights

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Aitegin Bek and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We may update our applications from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates may be automatically downloaded and installed on your device. We may also modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the applications will cease immediately.

Our applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 No Warranty

We do not warrant that:

• The applications will meet your specific requirements
• The applications will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the applications will be corrected
• The applications will be compatible with all devices and operating systems

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aitegin Bek, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our applications.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aitegin Bek and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Aitegin Bek is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
